The Inn At The Sticks team share a deep passion for Spanish food and drink, but our menu is never confined to one region or style. Inspiration comes from far and wide, while at its heart is a celebration of the incredible produce found here in Wales.
Explore our latest menu here. With over 50 years of combined culinary experience, Head Chefs Deb Neale and Liam Phillips are constantly bringing fresh ideas to our Specials board. You might find freshly baked focaccia, a delicate potato terrine layered with truffle mayonnaise, locally caught sea bass paired with the Welsh delicacy laverbread, or indulgent Atlantic Edge oysters sourced straight from the Pembrokeshire coast.
And it doesn’t stop there. Expect tempting desserts, seasonal specials and a thoughtfully curated wine and beer list, with plenty of unexpected delights along the way.
SUNDAYS AT THE STICKS - we’re now serving Sunday Roast Platters every week – generous sharing platters with all the trimmings, made for bringing everyone together around the table & they’re completely gluten free! Our Welsh Tapas menu is also available on Sundays, so whether you’re joining us for a Sticks roast or prefer a selection of smaller plates to share, there’s plenty to choose from.
